Sorrento is a private, gated community of about 600 single family homes in the rolling hills of Porter Ranch. Residents and their guests enjoy two recreation areas complete with pool, spa and children’s play area.

The Board of Directors consists of 5 members. At this time, three of the Board members are residents who volunteer their time, and two of the Board members are representatives of the developer, S&S Construction.

There are three distinct styles of homes in Sorrento: Meadows homes are generally located at the North end of the community. They have 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-4 baths and 2,350 to 3,070 square feet. Meadows garages hold three cars using tandem parking.
Sorrento Pointe homes are mixed in between Sorrento and Meadows homes. They have 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 baths and 2,050 to 3,270 square feet. Most are spacious two story homes with three car garages. Many are convenient one story models with large two car garages.
Sorrento homes are generally located at the South end of the community. They have 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-4 baths and 2,000 to 2,800 square feet. Most Sorrento homes have 3 car garages.

Homes feature dramatic raised ceilings for volume and spaciousness. Community fencing incorporates wrought iron and masonry. Concrete tile roofs provide durability and add to the beauty of the area. Many homes have spectacular views. The community has easy access to the 118 freeway, local shopping and services.
