"I think it is a joke! HOMEOWNERS HAVE BROUGHT UP THE SAME ISSUES NOW FOR 6 YEARS AND NOW ALL THE BOARD HAS DONE IS TO SEND OUT A SURVEY ABOUT THOSE SAME ISSUES HOMEOWNERS HAVE BEEN CONCERNED ABOUT FOR 6 YEARS.WOW WE NEED A NEW PRESIDENT, MAYBE SOMEONE WHO CAN READ A CC&R AND DOES NOT SPEND MORE TIME ON NON SERIOUS ISSUES LIKE SATELLITE DISHES BUT SAFTEY AND SECURITY ISSUES."
I find it interesting that at a time when we’re being told that we need to watch every penny and our dues are being raised for the second time in 2 years, we are spending a large sum of money for landscaping on the Torino Gate when according to Greg Norris, Treasurer, we need to watch every penny and have to delay paying our Vendors due to cash flow.
I’m aware that there were discussions at the last HOA Meeting that the outside of Sorrento/Meadows was needed to be kept up from a landscaping standpoint but to put I don’t know how much money into the Torino Gate’s Landscaping, especially in the middle of winter seems to be a very questionable expenditure. Especially considering that you were the individual that told all of us that you could, by being on the Board, save us money and not raise our dues.
This does seem like a “non-sequitur” situation that you are following.

A response would be greatly appreciated."
